Job Descriptions:
The Human Resources Operation is primarily responsible for the operational aspect of the Hospital human resources department in accordance with the established Group HR standard, policies, procedures as well as applicable regulation and accreditation requirements. HR Operations Staff will manage a range of HR services, including recruitment process, staff contracting & on-boarding services, employee relations, payroll, HRIS and other administrative duties to create an all-rounded employee experience
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (preferably) / Human Resources Management
- Has minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative, recruitment & training.
- An ideal candidate is resilient, resourceful, and initiave
