Kawan Lama Retail adalah jaringan ritel terkemuka di Indonesia yang memiliki lebih 300 toko di 31 provinsi, menyediakan beraneka kebutuhan rumah, gaya hidup, furnitur, perlengkapan rumah, mainan, perkantoran, dan alat tulis – melalui nama ACE, Informa, Toys Kingdom, Office 1 Superstore, dan Bike Colony. Kawan Lama Retail adalah bagian Kawan Lama Group merupakan Penyedia kebutuhan komersial & industrial nomor 1, yang memiliki koleksi lebih 40.000 produk berkualitas dari 100 merek ternama dunia. Tahun 1980, generasi kedua keluarga Wong Jin memformalkan usahanya dengan nama “PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera”. Tahun 1982-1990 merupakan ekspansi besar-besaran dengan mengembangkan jaringan distribusi ke berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Beberapa anak perusahaan didirikan dengan spesialisasi memasok dan melayani kebutuhan pasar yang sifatnya khusus. Toko pindah ke pusat pertokoan empat lantai di Glodok Jaya yang nyaman, dengan konsep one stop shopping.

Saat ini PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera (Kawan Lama Retail Group) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2022 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.

Posisi:

1. Back End Developer Trainee (Golang)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Information System
• Min. GPA 3.20/4.00
• Willing to join our offline bootcamp program
• Able to work under pressure, adaptive to dynamic environment, detail oriented, and high willingness to learn.

2. System Analyst

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Information Technology
• Understand user requirements by creating mock-up, flowchart, application logic, etc.
• Exp min. handle 1 full cycle project (Requirements -> Go live)
• Can ‘Debug’ and know min Query database
• Understand ‘Agile’ method will be plus point

3. Full Stack/ PHP/ Net/ Mobile Developer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree
• Experience as Full stack Developer is plus point
• Having experience and knowledge in using PHP, NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, etc), Laravel, Java, or Python
• Understand Android Native (Java,kotlin as a plus point), dan IOS native (Objective C dan Swift)
• Understand Xamarin
• Excellent coding skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. SAP WM/ MM (Logistic & Procurement)

Requirements:

• S1 Degree from reputable university
• 3 – 5 years experience in SAP MM/WM
• Full cycle implementation experience is an advantage

5. SAP PP-MM or PM-PP

Requirements:

• Exp. 3-5 years
• Full cycle implementation experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP configuration in Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) Knowledge of how these areas integrate with APO, Finance/Cost and Sales and Distribution preferred.
• Process improvement and ability to understand business chatlenges

6. SAP MM

Requirements:

• Demonstrable SAP Material Management experience including at least 2 full end-to end project lifecycles in design, customize, configure and testing of MM (Determination of requirements, Source determination, Vendor selection and Comparison of Quotations, Purchase Order Processing, Purchase Order follow-up, Goods Receiving and Inventory Management, Invoice Verification.)
• Business Process integration with PP, PM, SD, CO & QM Module

7. SAP BW

Requirements:

• Exp. min 2 years in SAP Business Warehouse
• Comprehend retail and financial idustries
• Exp. In modern retail business

8. SAP SD

Requirements:

• Exp. Min 2 years in SAP Sales & Distribution
• Exp in; Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make- to-Order (MTO), Assembie-to- Order (ATO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Lead/Quotation Management, Contracts, Order Management, Scheduling Agreements, Pricing, Costing, Sales Order scheduling, Delivery, Shipment

9. SR IT Compliance Manager

Requirements:

• ISO 270001 will be plus point
• Experienced of minimum 5 years in the same/ similar role
• Experienced in IT Governance implementation
• Familiar with Risk Management method
• Comprehend to create procedure, guideline, administrative parts regarding compliance
• Good documentation skills
• Discipline, hard worker, dependable, trustworthy

10. Front-End Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology
• Understand React Js, Pure JS, node JS, CSS, HTML, SASS, Next JS, Webpack
• Exp. integration with Rest API
• Libraries: Redux, sagas, hooks, axios
• Knowledge in version control tools (git) is a plus

11. Mobile Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology
• Understand Native Android and IOS
• Experience in React Native
• Good coding skill

12. Tester

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology
• Experience in Manual and Automation Testing
• Good communication skill

13. Product Specialist / Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology
• Create & maintain E-commerce website and application
• Experience in E-commerce industries
• Experience handle B2C project
• Good problem solving and task management
• Understand Scrum and Agile Methodologies
