Posisi :
1. Strategic Corporate Planning & Control
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Management or Business
- 1 – 2 years experience in this position
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Good knowledge in Business Plan and Risk Management
- Placement: South Jakarta
- Ready to join as soon as possible
- Contract based
2. Mechanical Static Engineer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3 years experience as mechanical engineer
- Have experience following Turn Around Project (3 times)
- Have experience working on Tube, HE, etc
- Have experience maintaining pressure vessel, column and mechanical static equipment.
- Willing to be placed on Site
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ready to join ASAP
3. Industrial Relation
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- 3 – 5 years experience as Industrial Relation, experience in the Services Industry is a plus
- Understand labor laws and regulations
- Develop employee relations for conducive work environment
- Ensure company regulations align with employee regulations
- Strong knowledge in Employment Legislation (UU Ketenagakerjaan), Policies & Procedures
- Experience in handling and anticipate industrial relations problem is a plus
- Have good interpersonal communication skill, negotiate and problem solving
- Willing to be placed on Site
4. Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Graduated from Business, Marketing Management, Marketing Communication or similar background.
- Min 3 years professional experience in marketing or business development for EPC, Oil & Gas Industry.
- Having experience in coordinator level min 2 years.
- Ability to develop new and maintain existing customer relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as strong networking skills.
- Familiar in conducting end-to-end process for bidding, tender or proposal.

5. Subcontracting Engineer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Min 5 years experiences in same position
- Experiences in quantity surveying or subcontract management would be preferred

6. Information, Computer, Technology (ICT)
Qualification
- :Min Diploma 3 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Min 1-2 year experiences in the same position
- Experience to setup, work, support and manage various server, security, system, data, facility, telecom engineer, or IT Support

7. Logistic-Warehouse
Qualification:
- Min Diploma 3 in related major
- Have experiences as Logistic, Inventory Control, Warehouse Product, and Material Handling

8. Admin & Customer Analyst
Qualification:
- Min Diploma 3 (D3) with relevant major (preferable specialized in Statistic/Actuarial or equivalent)
- Min 1 year professional experience in administration of ISO 9001;2015, ISO 14001;2004, OHSAS 18001,2007
- Having experience in the same position min 1 year
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
- The ability to working in a team environment as well as individually
- The ability to do data analysis
- The ability to make proposal for project, development, implementation, evaluation, give feedback, and improvement

9. Recruitment, Training & Development Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree Psychology or equivalent.
- Male, max 35 years old.
- Having experience in the supervisory level min 3 years in Human Resources.
- Having experience in EPC, Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Fertilizer Industry or other project based companies is preferable.
- Posses a comprehensive knowledge and experience in using psychology tools, recruitment, TNA, training & development.
- Leadership, supervisory and strong communication skills.

10. Purchasing-Expediting
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degrees in any or related major
