Lowongan Kerja PT Trakindo Utama
Posisi :
1. Counterman
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to receive customer calls, inquire the objective and gather information required to ensure the customer issues are handled properly
- Responsible to validate and update customer and product information on the inspection report to ensure all data gathered are valid and reliable for further analysis and resolutions
- Responsible to provide advice based on information gathered during consultative session, as well as check and provide parts availability information, dig reason and offer service capability to customer who buy parts only to ensure customer experience is well provided and fixed price, SLA and scope of work is accepted and approved by customers and also to identify reason parts sold without service
- Responsible to parts ordering processing thru Counter or Service WO and escalate unsolved parts issues to Parts Advisor for appropriate solution to ensure event performed meet OTIF
- ETC.
Requirements :
- Formal Education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) In Technical Or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 year in heavy equipment sales.
- Business Knowledge: Understand Parts Working Process.
- Enabler Skill:BIZ English, MS Office.
2. Sales Representative PWS
Requirements:
- All Major, Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)
- Preferably one year experience as salesman, in heavy equipment environment is an advantage, fresh graduate welcomed to apply.
- Able to work on agreed selling target and enthusiast pursue business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process.
- Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer; make quotation; negotiation, clarifying for selling process.
- Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party, present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery.
- Identify customer financial profile, monitor payment process for new engine, collect down payment.
- Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
3. Analyst Warehouse
Job Responsibilities :
- Create and distribute Outstanding GR Report, Outstanding Interbranch Discrepancy, and outstanding SAP Process
- Collecting data and summarizing Inventory Adjustment
- Review and record Invoice related operational and create entry sheet if necessary
- Update Warehouse Equipment Catalog and Handle administrative tasks related Warehousing
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering
- 1-year experience in related functions. Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Advance in Excel or MS Access is a plus
- Familiar with SAP is a plus
- Good Analytical thinking and communication
- Fluent in English
4. Sales Executive Machine
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process.
- Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer.
- Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward tge problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery.
- Assess customer credit, identify customer financial procedure, monitor collection process and receivables.
- Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
- Develop strategy to cover his/her territory.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Having min 3 years experience as sales in Heavy Equipment, Construction, or other related industries
- Enabler skill : Biz English, Ms Office
5. Technician
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all job activity safe and get right at first time
- Ensure service activity in quick respon and meet target completion and customer requirement
- Ensure the implementation of corporate standartd prosedures and best prastice
- Responsible to ensure the quality to technical jobs process and result
Requirements ::
- Vocational School (SMK) or Diploma degree, Major in Machine, Electrical, Automotive & Heavy Equipment
- Maximal age of 25 years
- Preferably have basic technical experience
- Highly dedicated, disciplined , diligent and committed
- Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
- Preferable those who have been vaccinated coronavirus disease ( Covid )
- Preferable domicile in west kalimantan
