Posisi :

1. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments of parts and commodity products. Provide superior personal and professional service for our clients.

Qualifications :

• Diploma Degree (D3) from All Engineering Majors
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from any reputable University
• Maximum age of 25 years old in 2021
• High interest in Heavy Equipment and Sales
• Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
• Able to join the company immediately
• Placement in all around Indonesia

2. People Analytics & HCIS

Responsibilities :

• Execute a scalable efficient people analytics strategy that measure people and business priorities and initiatives.
• Facilitate risk-awareness culture for data through efficient and effective risk & compliance management across HR system.
• Actively generate people trends and insight data analysis through standard reporting dashboard.
• Design a standard framework for business process, operationalizing insight in project management, data governance, modelling and hypothesis testing.
• Manage stakeholder relationship to ensure evolving the data and analytic need of various HR Pillars such as SAP Hana.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Experience with analytics related to human resources (ex: workforce, talent, compensation, etc.) preferred.
• Skilled at probing for, evaluating and synthesizing data from disparate data sources to draw interpretive insights.
• Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service: effectively communicate at all levels, ensure that work gets done well and on time, and respond effectively to unexpected obstacles.

3. Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

• Planning & Executing Financial activity.
• Analyzing financial reports.
• Completing regular (quarterly and annual) financial reports.
• Implementing & Executing administration, reporting, reconcilliation related to Accounting activity.
• Monitoring & Collecting customer payments / account receivable (AR) by recording cash, checks and credit transaction.
• Post revenues by verifying & entering transaction.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or Tax.
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Have a Good Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Skill, Posses Strong Drive, Able to Work in a Team, and Work Under Tight Schedules.
• Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven, Detail oriented.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Have at least 1 years of experience.
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or Tax.

4. IT Functional SAP Analyst

Responsibilities :

IT Functional SAP Analyst main objective is to make sure that every business process is running efficiently through the means of technology. Job duties include collecting data and finding solutions to help a business increase profits and operate cost-effectively. An SAP functional analyst may responsible in developing a new business process that is effective and efficient through the means of information technology.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System / Informatics Engineering and equivalent.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Have the proficiency to analyze a case study.
• Have an experience in configuring SAP for cross module (SD, FICO, PM, WM, MM).
• Have the knowledge of ABAP Programming
• Able to do descriptive analysis of business process

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Management
• Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Top Tier University
• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Familiar with Business Process, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Workload Analysis
• Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve existing program
• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literacy, digital mindset & tech savvy is a must

7. General Affairs Staff

Responsibilities :

Monitoring Fleet Management in Head office and Branch office, Recording documentation related with building and operational vehicle, housekeeping management, supporting general affair administration

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and equivalent
• Minimum GPA 2,75 from reputable university
• Maximum age of 25 years old
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Have a good management and administration skill and familiar with general affair administration support process

8. Corporate Procurement Staff

Responsibilities :

• Managing vendor validation process.
• Collecting data for analysis requirement.
• Managing the pre-order process.
• Managing post purchasing activities correctly according to procedural
• Ensuring the implementation of the warranty and claim process.
• Monitoring vendor payment process
• Conducting vendor performance evaluation.

Qualification :
